2025 Year in Review

2025 Run Turn Map

What a year 2025 has been. After a decade of running, this has been my best year yet. I pushed harder, ran smarter, and learned so much about health and training. I crushed a few personal records I’ve been chasing for years, grew a ton mentally and emotionally, and hit huge milestones—including my first marathon! I logged over 2,400 km this year, a foundation I'm incredibly proud of. But most importantly, I met some incredible new friends along the way.

Looking Ahead: 2026 & Beyond

I’m entering 2026 with fresh goals and new challenges. The target? At least 3,000 km. I’ll be running the NYC Marathon again in November, but before that, I am heading to Europe to run the Berlin Marathon. To cap off the year, I’ll be taking on CIM in California.

On the way there, I’ll be running the NYC Half for the first time and the Brooklyn Half for the third time. My sights are set on a new half marathon PB—first sub 1:30, then eventually targetting 1:25. My ultimate dream is a sub-3 marathon, but I’m taking it one step at a time.

Looking further out, I want to head to one more international major in 2027—either Tokyo or London. In 2028, the goal is the Disney Dopey Challenge. Through all of this, the main goal remains simple: to constantly improve.

As Oprah Winfrey once said, "Running is the greatest metaphor for life, because you get out of it what you put into it."
